Clash of the Titans – Men’s Lacrosse: Beat the Freeze, Fuel the Season!

When January hits Michigan, most people grab a blanket and stay inside. But Detroit Mercy Men’s Lacrosse? We’re gearing up for game time.

The only problem? You can’t dominate the competition when your practice field feels like the Arctic.

That’s where you come in.

Our goal is to raise $8,000 to secure indoor training space during the coldest weeks of our season. As a Division I program that starts practices in early January, we’re no strangers to frosty fields, biting winds, and NCAA temperature restrictions that can shut down outdoor training altogether. And trust us—running drills in 10° weather loses its charm fast.

Indoor facilities are essential for keeping our athletes safe, sharp, and ready to compete at the highest level. With your support, we can stay warm, stay focused, and stay prepared to take on every opponent heading into spring.
