Help Us Send Detroit Mercy Chemistry Students to ATL—Where Science Gets Spicy! 🔬🔥

The beakers are bubbling, the goggles are on, and our Chemistry students are ready to take their curiosity on the road! We’re raising funds to send our Detroit Mercy Chem Club and Chemistry students to the 2026 American Chemical Society (ACS) National Meeting in Atlanta, GA—and we need your help to make this trip chemically possible.

Why This Trip Is a Big Deal

The ACS National Meeting is basically the Super Bowl of Chemistry (minus the shoulder pads, plus more lab coats). It’s where students can:

• Show off their research like scientific rockstars
• Learn the latest breakthroughs straight from the experts
• Discover exciting career paths in chemistry and beyond
• Network with brilliant scientists who geek out over molecules just as much as they do

For our students, this conference is a chance to spark new ideas, build confidence, and shine at a national level.

Getting to Atlanta takes more than just enthusiasm and a periodic table. Airfare, lodging, and registration add up fast—and those costs can keep students from attending this incredible experience.
