Our Family Pantry is a lifeline for Detroit Mercy Dental students facing food insecurity and other basic needs challenges. Located right within the School of Dentistry, this no-cost pantry goes beyond providing food—it offers diapers, wipes, formula, feminine hygiene products, personal hygiene items, and household essentials, recognizing that students' needs extend beyond just sustenance.

A common misconception is that students in professional programs are financially secure. In reality, many face significant financial burdens, juggling tuition, living expenses, and family responsibilities. Our Family Pantry dispels this myth by providing vital resources to students in need, allowing them to focus on their education without sacrificing their well-being.

With your support, we can keep our shelves stocked and ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
