Empower the Next Generation of Engineers and Computer Scientists: Support SEED Scholars Today!

The Science and Engineering Equity Development (SEED) Scholarship Program is transforming lives, creating opportunities, and shaping the future of STEM. Each year, SEED awards ten scholarships to engineering and computer science students who demonstrate financial need. Beyond providing four years of full tuition, SEED offers wraparound services that are critical to student success, retention, and timely graduation.

Here’s the challenge: While the scholarships are fully funded, the wraparound services—the heart of what helps our scholars thrive—are not. We need your help to ensure every SEED Scholar has access to the resources, support, and experiences they need to succeed.

Your support will fund:

  • Biweekly Meetings: Bringing all SEED Scholars together for:
    • Academic support and engagement with faculty.
    • Career development workshops, including resume reviews, mock interviews, and industry visits.
    • Social activities like design competitions, game nights, and field trips, fostering mentorship and community.
  • Group Counseling for Freshmen: Addressing challenges and building resilience as students transition into college.
  • A Paid Summer Bridge Program: Equipping students for success before classes even start with:
    • Faculty-led academic workshops.
    • Introductions to campus resources and co-op work opportunities.
    • General education courses, industry-focused field trips, and team-building activities.

SEED Scholars are remarkable: many are first-generation college students and come from backgrounds historically underrepresented in STEM. By supporting these essential wraparound services, you’re not just funding programs—you’re investing in a brighter, more inclusive future for engineering and computer science.

100% of your contribution will directly benefit SEED Scholars, enabling us to continue building a strong, engaged, and successful community of future STEM leaders.

Join us in making a difference. Your generosity can change lives!

Donate today and help SEED Scholars succeed.
