Community Baby Shower

This Giving Tuesday, you can help expecting and new families in our community access the essential supplies they need to thrive during the early months of parenthood.

Support for The Community Baby Shower helps families across the Denver metro area by providing critical baby and postpartum essentials through a collaborative effort between the University of Denver and Birth Squad. For expecting and new parents, that can mean leaving the Community Baby Shower with diapers, wipes, feeding supplies, safe sleep items, postpartum care products, and other necessities that support a healthy start for both parent and child. In addition to receiving essential supplies, families have the opportunity to connect with experts from Birth Squad to learn about infant feeding, safe sleep practices, postpartum recovery, child development, and other resources that help parents feel confident and supported as they navigate their parenting journey.

Your gift provides essential baby and family care items, helping new families access the resources they need during a pivotal time in their lives.

$25 will help provide a family with diapers, wipes, and other daily essentials.

$100 will help supply safe sleep and feeding items, such as sleep sacks, bottles, and crib sheets.

$500 will help stock the Community Baby Shower with a wide range of critical baby and postpartum care supplies, ensuring more families leave with the resources they need to care for their growing families.
