Welcome to Equity in Action: Policy Impact, our Giving Tuesday campaign dedicated to advancing the next chapter of equity work. We’re excited to announce that Equity Labs is relaunching as the Center for Equity Research (C4ER) — a bold new identity for an even bigger mission.

Our goal is to raise $5000 to help launch the Equity Opportunity Dashboard — a groundbreaking tool that tracks where opportunity gaps exist and how policies can be reshaped to close them.

This initiative is about more than data — it’s about transforming evidence into action. Every gift supports policy briefs, equity scorecards, and community partnerships that ensure underserved voices drive the solutions. Every dollar you give on Giving Tuesday will amplify our shared vision for fairer, more just systems.

The Center for Equity Research is a space where research meets practice, where ideas become action, and where communities—both on and off campus—feel supported in driving change. C4ER is comprised of a team of facilitators with cross-industry expertise and decades of facilitation experience. C4ER focuses on inclusive, evidence-informed work that supports long-term transformation, both within institutions and in the broader public sphere.
