Women's Basketball

The UConn Women's Club Basketball team is a competitive team focusing on improving as basketball players by practicing and playing in tournaments, while maintaining our standards of sportsmanship, commitment, enthusiasm, and a desire for success. We practice throughout the academic year to prepare ourselves to play in tournaments at the local, regional, and national level. Funds raised through the Ignite Fundraiser will be used to support our team in its endeavors to play at Regionals and Nationals, previously held in locations such as Ohio State University, NSCU, and the University of Maryland. The money will also be used to ensure we have sufficient equipment and materials throughout the year. Any additional funds will be used for the general activities of the group.
