Softball

We are a competitive women's fastpitch softball team that plays against other collegiate club teams from all over the country. We offer a level of competition between intramurals and the varsity team here at UConn. Our team is for girls who played softball in high school and at competitive levels, and are looking to continue playing in a fun, low-stress environment while still being competitive. Over the past few years our team has been extremely successful, winning almost all games and consistently being ranked top 20 nationally. We have made it to the regional and national tournaments almost every year, even winning the New England Regional Championship in 2022 and coming in second place in 2023. Due to limited funding, we typically pay for these tournaments out-of-pocket. Each year, we fundraise in order to cover the costs associated with traveling to regionals and nationals, including flights, cars, hotels, food, etc. Any additional funds will be used for the general activities of the group.
