Thank you for supporting UConn Woodsmen!
We are a college level Timbersports team that competes in traditional lumberjack events across the northeast. Recently our Jack and Jill team achieved first place at SUNY ESF and our women's team placed first at University of New Hampshire.
Your support through our ignite campaign is essential to our operations as a team. In the past we have used ignite donations to pay for travel expenses, Tuatahi racing axes, bow saws, chainsaw maintenance, safety equipment, as well as a sawmill!
We rely on ignite donations for the upkeep, repair, and replacement of our ageing equipment to ensure our athletes continue to excel at competitions. This year we hope to purchase a new crosscut saw and bowsaw blades, among other things.
The team thoroughly appreciates your support, and we look forward to seeing you at our competitions!
Any additional funds will be used for the general activities of the group.
