The First-Generation and Multicultural (FaM) Business Program empowers first-generation and multicultural students through direct support, scholarships, mentorship, paid internships, year-round programming, and leadership development. We help students gain meaningful exposure to career options, build community and professional networks, and gain the skills they need to succeed as future business leaders. Your Giving Day donation directly supports:
- Scholarships that help reduce students’ financial barriers and support their persistence in college.
- Programming and mentorship that foster student success and sustained access to career-pathing opportunities.
- Our program continues to grow. Currently, we serve 240 active students and an additional 92 students have graduated.
- FaM will take 12 students on an international study program in Costa Rica in May 2026.
FaM bridges the gap between talented, first-generation students and forward-thinking companies, addressing barriers to access and promoting inclusion and innovation. By giving, you’re investing in equitable outcomes and helping shape the next generation of leaders. Support the FaM this Giving Day to make a lasting impact!
