Chancellor's Leadership Class

The Chancellor's Leadership Class (CLC) is the premier merit-based, undergraduate leadership development program at UCCS. CLC strives to cultivate our 40 scholars’ understanding of their unique leadership identity through academic coursework, weekly seminars, mentorship, and 5,000+ hours of collective community service annually, resulting in 89% of our scholars securing either full-time employment in their field or post-graduate education by the time they walk the stage. Since 1997, our program has produced 210+ alumni, whose leadership continues to shape the Colorado Springs community and beyond.

Your contribution to the Chancellor’s Leadership Class directly supports transformational student experiences, including our annual overnight leadership retreat and weekly seminars.
