The Bioinformatics Club at Santa Cruz is dedicated to creating an inclusive space for all students interested in exploring this evolving field. We offer workshops on essential skills, along with fun socials for members to network!
Your donations will help us:
- Host impactful events: We're planning to host hack-a-thons to allow members to connect with industry leaders and strengthen their professional portfolios. In addition to hosting hack-a-thons, we're planning to host technical workshops to familiarize members with Python, Linux, and other essential programing languages.
- Support our members: These funds will assist the club in providing quality events and funding for members to attend Biotech conferences, as well as transportation to visit local Biotech companies.
- Build community: Through our events we hope to create a welcoming community for anyone who is interested in Bioinformatics, regardless of their major!
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you can't donate, sharing our mission is just as appreciated. Thank you for supporting the future of bioinformatics!
