The Coastal Science & Policy Program is tailored for rising leaders to develop interdisciplinary solutions to challenges facing coastal communities and ecosystems around the world. Many of our students wish to attend conferences that will help them form professional connections and subject-area expertise. Such conferences include the National Adaptation Forum, American Fisheries Society annual meeting, Blue Economy Summit, World Fisheries Congress, and others.
We are asking for your support this Giving Day to help us fund student travel to conferences and professional meetings. This support also helps students share their own research and outcomes from their capstone projects across a host of coastal science and policy issues, thereby enhancing the impact of their work.
