Dean's Innovation Fund - Women in Computing (WinC) and Rose Hack 25

Women in Computing (WINC) is a community of women programmers and provides a safe and empowering place for students to express themselves. We celebrate all programmers at UCR and encourage them to grow as students and future leaders in the computing fields. WinC is open to anyone: whether you're just looking to start coding or you have had multiple years in the industry, we'd love to have you!

Rose Hack:
Rose Hack is UC Riverside's 24-hour hackathon, proudly standing as one of California's few women-centric hackathons. Founded by the female leaders of the Women in Computing (WinC), Rose Hack's mission is to empower individuals from underrepresented groups in STEM. We welcome both undergraduate and high school students for a lively weekend filled with innovation, discovery, networking, mentorship, and so much more. Our goal is to inspire the next generation of female technologists to gain experience, build strong networks, and create amazing projects driven by their shared passions in Science and Technology. Rose Hack 2025 will be held from January 25-26th.
