Who We Are
The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (UCR) is an student-led organization that introduces students to real-world engineering experience through hands-on projects that bridge classroom learning and professional application. With your support, we can continue to equip future engineers with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to launch successful careers by funding the following projects:
Current Projects
- Highlander Combat Robotics 🤖 – Teams design and battle custom robots in local and regional competitions, building teamwork, creativity, and technical expertise.
- Drone Project – Students will work in groups to create, test, and race microdrones from scratch, gaining experience in project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
