ℹ️ About

CUSP: Career Mentoring of Underrepresented STEM Students for the Professoriate at UCR provides mentoring and career development to graduate students who are interested in becoming professors in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

CUSP scholars receive one-on-one career development mentoring from a UCR faculty member outside of their home program and participate in ten professional development workshops. The program has supported 35 scholars since starting in 2021! Visit the CUSP website for details on the program.

Your gift will support these diverse students to achieve their educational and career goals!
