In 1976, the UCR Alumni Association awarded six $1,000 scholarships to entering students for the first time. It has since grown to award fifteen $5,000 scholarships to incoming freshmen and transfer students each year. Since the program’s inception, more than $3.3 million in scholarships have been awarded to over 1,500 students. The Endowed Fund supports incoming First Year and Transfer students at UCR. Your scholarship contribution enables the next generation of Highlanders to thrive in their education, regardless of their financial situation.
