Support the Next Generation of Labor Leaders – Donate Today!
The UC Labor Summer Fellowship, hosted by the UCR Inland Empire Labor & Community Center (IELCC), empowers emerging leaders committed to worker justice and social change. Since its inception in 2022, this impactful program has brought together students, labor unions, and community organizations to fight for worker, racial, and immigrant justice.
Through this 8-week, paid internship, students gain hands-on experience in community and labor organizing while working on local campaigns that create real, lasting change in the Inland Empire and beyond. The program also provides leadership and professional development training, with alumni going on to become key figures in the labor movement.
Your donation today will directly support students’ participation in the fellowship, ensuring they have the resources to fully engage in meaningful projects that impact communities, build power, and advance social justice.
With your support, we can continue to develop the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of labor rights and community advocacy.
Make your gift today and support the next generation of community leaders!
