BCOE Student Success knows that engineering students need a variety of tools to be successful in the field and how important it is for them to be well-rounded professionals. During their time at UCR, the focus is to develop and execute programs and activities that will help with their overall success, such as research opportunities, professional headshots, company tours, the Transfer Transition Program, peer mentors, and a professional conference, among other events.
