UC Merced Archery is a club that offers both recreational and competitive opportunities for people interested in honing skills at archery. The team provides a welcoming environment for beginners to learn and practice archery, as well as experienced archers who wish to refine their skills. Members can participate in casual shooting sessions, workshops for fixing equipment, and social events. For members interested in competitive shooting, the team competes in regional and national tournaments while representing UC Merced. We emphasize safety for archers, skill development, and community building.

Fundraising Goal
UC Merced Archery is raising funds to replace its current target bales, which have been in use for over 10 years and are now deteriorating, posing potential safety hazards for members and equipment. Target bales serve as the primary backstop for arrows during practice and are essential for maintaining a safe training environment. Funds raised will support the purchase of new target bales and necessary equipment to ensure safe and consistent practice for the club’s growing membership.
