Crowdfund UC Davis Project Application
Deadlines and Important Dates: Crowdfund October 1 - 31, 2025: Apply by March 27th - June 27th, 2025 at 5:00 pm Applicants will be notified of acceptance or disqualification on or before August 6th, 2025, at 5:00 pm. If your project requires fund creation or extensive modifications, you will be notified when those changes are final. Unfortunately, if your project is not approved by August 8th, you must wait to participate in the next cohort. Once a project is approved, a Crowdfund UC Davis team representative will be in contact to help finalize a goal, develop a project page, and provide consultation throughout the process. Note: Almost 80% of crowdfunding gifts come in through email solicitations.
Note: None of UC Davis’ main social media accounts can be used by Crowdfund UC Davis.
Projects with 4 or more team members raise 30% on average.
Projects should be achievable within 30 to 45 days.
The majority of your donations will come from your personal networks.
