Crowdfund UC Davis Project Application

Deadlines and Important Dates: Apply by 5 p.m. on June 26th, 2026 to participate in the October 2026 cohort. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or disqualification on or before August 7th, 2026 If your project requires fund creation or extensive modifications, you will be notified when those changes are final. Unfortunately, if your project is not approved by August 14th, you must wait to participate in the next cohort. Once a project is approved, a Crowdfund UC Davis team representative will be in contact to help finalize a goal, develop a project page, and provide consultation throughout the process. Expect to dedicate 5 hours of work each week leading up to and during the campaign. Can each team member commit 5 hours a week to promote your project?

If your project does not meet its full funding goal, are you prepared to explain how any funding received would be used?Projects should be achievable within 30 to 45 days.
