Crowdfund UC Davis Project Application

We are no longer accepting applications for the October 2026 cohort. However, you can submit an application for the February 2027 cohort. Please be aware that our team is preparing for the upcoming cohort and a response may be delayed. Deadlines and Important Dates: Apply by 5 p.m. on November 13th for the February 2027 cohort. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or disqualification on or before December 19th, 2026, at 5:00 pm. If your project requires fund creation or extensive modifications, you will be notified when those changes are final. Unfortunately, if your project is not approved by December 23rd, you must wait to participate in the next cohort. Once a project is approved, a Crowdfund UC Davis team representative will be in contact to help finalize a goal, develop a project page, and provide consultation throughout the process. * How many people will help you run this project?Projects with 4 or more team members raise 30% on average.

Expect to dedicate 5 hours of work each week leading up to and during the campaign. Can each team member commit 5 hours a week to promote your project?

If your project does not meet its full funding goal, are you prepared to explain how any funding received would be used?Projects should be achievable within 30 to 45 days.

Are you willing to ask your friends and family for donations?:The majority of your donations will come from your personal networks.
