The School of Nursing Patient Care Assistance Fund provides resources, health-related supplies, and other assistance to under-resourced patients in School of Nursing nurse-managed clinics, faculty practices, and other clinical partnerships (including Nurse Family Partnership) to help them reach and maintain optimum health. This includes, but is not limited to clinic supplies, blood pressure cuffs, scales, glucose monitors, socks, pill organizers, healthy foods and snacks, emergency needs, and other items or assistance to help patients.
