Gifts to Benevolent Fund - PACK UAB contribute to...
The Benevolent Fund is partnering with Collat School of Business and The Pack Shack to host PACK UAB (United Across Birmingham). The Pack Shack has a goal of packing 1,000,000 meals on 9/11/2023 on campuses across the USA. For two hours, we will join together to pack 50,000 meals enriched with vitamins and minerals for our neighbors in need.
Some of the meals will remain in Blazer Kitchen, serving our students and patients. The remainder of the meals will be spread across the Birmingham community to feed our neighbors in need. We will partner with UAB Schools who have strong relationships with local nonprofits to distribute meals through feeding programs across the community.
Your gift of $24 will provide 100 meals to people in need, and reduce hunger in this community.
