UAB Honors College Leadership Development is providing students with the ability to develop leadership skills as an undergraduate, and better prepare them for the workforce and as future leaders. This is done through special events such as lunch and learns with local leaders and community partners, the annual Blazing Hot Topics etiquette dinner, and the Leadership Academy. Each of these components help our students build on leadership skills they will need to pursue further learning and serving in their community.
