Sailing

Restricted donations for Sport Specific Initiatives allow teams to enhance facilities, invest in student-athlete development, and assist coaches in elevating their programs. Funds are 100% tax-deductible and fully support intercollegiate and offshore sailing.

Intercollegiate Sailing Head Coach Ian Burman:

"Thank you so much for your donation. College Sailing is more competitive now than ever and your support allows our Midshipmen to have the gear, technology and training opportunities to compete at the highest level."

Offshore Sailing Head Coach Ken Luczynski:

"Thank you very much for your support! Sailing is the most relevant sport to help prepare midshipmen for their future careers in the military. It teaches them leadership skills that will be very important when they deploy. The money will help ensure we are able to provide them with a world class experience while at the academy."

- New Equipment (drysuits, foul weather gear, and racing equipment)
