About

Support Young Patients

The UNC Children’s Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology treats young patients facing serious illnesses with advanced techniques like chemotherapy, radiation, cellular and gene therapies, and chronic transfusions. While medications address many side effects, Pediatric Integrative Medicine (PIM) is increasingly recognized for providing evidence-based symptom relief. PIM focuses on healing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—when used alongside conventional treatments, helping to reduce stress, pain, and treatment side effects.

Please give today in honor of Tar Heal Tuesday. Thank you!
