Laurentian Leadership Centre (LLC)

The Laurentian Leadership Centre (LLC) at Trinity Western University is a live-in extension program located in Ottawa, offering upper-year students and recent graduates the chance to gain practical experience through internships in politics, NGOs, media organizations, and private sector firms. The program includes three upper-level courses and community living in a historic mansion. It is designed to help students grow as emerging Christian leaders as they transition from academia to the public square. The LLC runs in the fall and spring semesters and is open to students of all majors. Up to 23 students can attend the LLC per semester, earning a Certificate in Leadership and Applied Public Affairs. The LLC contributes to Trinity Western University's mission and vision by equipping students for public life.

When you give to the LLC on Giving Day 2025, you are supporting scholarships for LLC students. Each student who passes through this program gains valuable work experience and a greater understanding of participation in the common spaces of life from a Christian perspective. Supporting LLC scholarships through Giving Day will give more students this formative opportunity.
