School of Human Kinetics

The School of Human Kinetics at Trinity Western University prepares students to use their passion for fitness, health, sport, and community to make a positive impact. Known for its small class sizes, it is the largest faith-based program of its kind in Canada. The school offers programs in kinesiology, sport management, and generalist studies, with state-of-the-art facilities, including a gym, fitness centre, and bouldering wall. Students benefit from hands-on learning, travel studies, and mentorship programs. The school has over 10 faculty members and supports a vibrant community of learners.

When you give to HKIN on Giving Day 2025, you are supporting the following initiatives:

• Create real-life, practical experiences for students in the health and performance laboratory
• New biomedical movement analysis and sport analysis software and hardware to help students apply the skills that they gain in the classroom
