Trevecca Around the Globe (TAG) is an annual opportunity for Trevecca students to catch a vision of God at work in the world and to take part in the redemptive story he is writing across all of creation. With trips during both spring and summer breaks, TAG provides young adults with meaningful and transformative service-learning experiences that grow their understanding of God, their neighbors and their engagement with the world as Christ-followers.
The rising costs of travel and lodging have caused an increase in trip costs for participants. It has been a common practice for the student trip cost to cover the cost of two adult sponsors for each trip. Our goal is to build a reserve that helps underwrite or cover the trip cost for our sponsors. This will help us lower the overall cost of trips for each student.
Establishing a reserve also allows the group to offer scholarships to students in need of extra assistance. Every donation to Trevecca Around the Globe helps to create an opportunity to broaden a student's perspective of the amazing world God has created.
