Center for Pastoral Health-The Thriving Initiative

The Thriving Initiative is dedicated to equipping and sustaining pastors in the Church of the Nazarene across the Southeast Field. The program fosters wellbeing—spiritually, emotionally and physically—while strengthening interpersonal connections and professional effectiveness through intentional mentoring, spiritual direction, coaching and cohort gatherings.

Your contribution to the Thriving Initiative will help to fund these vital and life-giving services to pastors across the region. Fund raised on Giving Day will support the next cohort of pastors through providing mentor training and support; helping cover expenses for cohort retreats and gatherings; and offering spiritual direction and coaching resources.
