Leadership Development Fund

Help empower graduate-level students to grow as leaders through initiatives that promote professional development, innovation and leadership excellence. These efforts aim to further equip students with the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in their current roles and beyond.

Donations made on Ging Day will benefit these areas of focus:

• Professional development—Support and expand the partnership between Trevecca and the Mt. Juliet Police Department, which allows police officers to advance their leadership skills and professional development through specialized coursework at Trevecca.
• Leadership association memberships—Provide students with memberships to key leadership associations, which grants access to exclusive resources, networking opportunities and professional development tools.
• Conference participation and presentations—Support faculty and students in attending and presenting at professional conferences, which will offer valuable exposure to industry leaders, opportunities to share research and the chance to expand their professional networks.
