Trevecca is experiencing a transformational shift in how it prepares students and alumni for meaningful careers. In just five years, the University’s career development efforts have expanded its reach, impact and visibility, including the creation of the Winkler Center for Career Development & Connections on campus. With additional staff members, deeper faculty partnerships and a growing network of employer relationships, the center’s team is serving more students and embedding career education directly into the classroom. Students are learning to explore careers, develop transferable skills and navigate today’s evolving workforce with confidence.

This momentum is fueling an initiative to infuse career readiness into academic life, student life and community engagement. With Giving Day support, the center plans to take students to employer sites, host industry experts on campus, expand experiential learning, and help students attend conferences that build professional identity and opportunity.
