The Center for Wesleyan Holiness Formation plans to launch a podcast called “The Epworth Table,” providing an engaging and accessible resource on Scripture and Christian life. Named after the home kitchen where Susanna Wesley (mother of John and Charles Wesley) would host Bible studies, this podcast will function in the same spirit, offering free teaching and resources to anyone who’d like to listen.
Each episode will feature a Wesleyan scholar discussing a passage of Scripture. It will also include interesting stories about the theological turning points people have experienced, along with a Q&A segment allowing Wesleyan pastors and scholars to respond to listener questions about life and faith. Financial support will allow us to provide this rich resource and offer a Wesleyan voice in response to the crucial issues in our world.
