I’m honored to have been selected for the History student research team through Trevecca’s FLARE (Faculty-Led Academic Research Experience) program, which includes a once-in-a-lifetime study abroad trip to Greece in Spring 2026. While there, we’ll be visiting historic sites like Athens, Corinth, and Thessaloniki to study the early church. We are bringing together history, theology, and media as we create a documentary that explores how faith and storytelling shaped the world.
For me, this isn’t just a trip. I care deeply about preserving stories and helping people connect with the past in meaningful, accessible ways. This project brings together everything I love: research, education, and public storytelling. It also helps lay the foundation for the kind of work I want to do with my life.
