Centered around the theme Duty, Distinction, and Direction, the Leaders in Service Summit brings together professionals from across service-oriented organizations to explore what leadership requires today—and how we prepare for tomorrow.

Whether you serve in law enforcement, the military, emergency management, public safety, government, or another service profession, this Summit is designed for leaders committed to making a lasting impact.

More than a conference, the Leaders in Service Summit is an opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and engage in meaningful conversations about the evolving challenges and opportunities facing those who serve. Through interactive learning experiences and cross-sector collaboration, participants will leave with fresh perspectives, practical strategies, and stronger professional networks.

Join leaders from across the service professions for a day of learning, connection, and inspiration—and leave better equipped to lead with Duty, Distinction, and Direction.

The day will begin with a networking breakfast at 7:45 am followed by keynotes, interactive exercises and panel discussions. Lunch will be served at noon with a time for networking and connection. The afternoon will conclude with dynamic speakers and thought leaders sharing valuable lessons and insights. We hope to see you there.
