Funding Priorities:

• Business Career Programs Progress Fund (2401211) – Supports career development resources, workshops, job fairs, and on-campus recruiting initiatives to secure internships and employment for business graduates.
• College of Business and Innovation Progress Fund (2400089) – Supports various and general needs of the College of Business and Innovation.
• The Robert and Donna Martin Family Business Center Fund (1302691) - The Doing Right Spotlight was created to recognize businesses that go beyond profit—making a meaningful impact in the lives of their employees, customers, and communities. Each year, we celebrate companies that embody the spirit of “doing right”—whether through philanthropy, employee well-being initiatives, or community service. These companies don’t seek recognition; they do it because it’s the right thing to do. Their stories inspire us all to make a difference, no matter how big or small. All funds donated will go the expansion of the "Doing It Right Spotlight" banquet, with the goal of increasing awareness in the city and region of companies who choose to do things the right way.
• Young Executive Scholars (YES) Program Fund (2402594) - The University of Toledo’s Y.E.S. Program is a collaboration between UToledo’s Neff College of Business and Innovation and Jones Leadership Academy of Business (JLAB) in Toledo, Ohio. Each academic year, junior and senior students from JLAB participate in monthly workshops that cover leadership development, real-life business etiquette and college prep skills. These involve powerful mentorship relationships. All funds donated will provide support to expand the program to provide more support for more students to receive this life changing opportunity.
