Parsons Scholars Program is a 2.5 year early college preparation and access program that centers young artists of color who show financial need. Students receive artistic, academic, and financial support as they explore their individual interests in art and design. Using close mentorship models, the core of Parsons Scholars programming focuses on helping students from New York City high schools discover a multitude of ways in which art and design skills and creative/critical thinking effectively support and build communities, leverage social change, and can lead toward vibrant, creative futures.
When you choose to support Parsons Scholars, your gift will directly support a comprehensive scholarship for NYC high school students including:
- college-level art and design instruction with opportunity to earn college credits
- materials and supplies for all programming
- meals
- workshops and field trips to gain exposure to art and design fields

Wow! What an incredible Giving Day. Because of your generosity and enthusiasm, this day has been full of energy, community, and impact.
The excitement started with a party for Gnarls Narwhal, with students coming together to sing, celebrate, and help them blow out their birthday candles, and continued with $140,000 raised for students and programs across the university.
