A pioneer, an educator, an entrepreneur, and an activist - Sarah Dix Hamlin was unafraid to challenge the status quo and educate girls to meet the challenges of their time.
In honor of Sarah Hamlin's 173rd birthday we challenge at least 73 alumnae and parents of alumnae to make a gift to Hamlin in two weeks.
For 14 days, all donations will support Excellence Every Day, Hamlin's annual initiative to propel excellence in education, program innovation, teaching, and inclusion.
Gifts will also support Hamlin's financial assistance program. A crucial component of excellence in our community, socio-economic diversity is made possible only when the most extraordinary girls have access to a Hamlin education, regardless of their family's ability to pay.
Every gift counts - no matter the size - and will help us reach our goal of 73 gifts by Sarah Hamlin's 173rd birthday on November 27!

We blew past our 73 donor goal and ended our campaign yesterday with 173 donors in honor of Sarah Dix Hamlin's 173rd birthday. Thank you!
You helped raise $101,579 so that Hamlin girls can continue to excel and be ready to meet the challenges of their time.
With less than 12 hours left, we just passed the 100 donor mark! The generosity of our alumnae and parents of alumnae is remarkable. Let's keep these good birthday vibes going!
We hit our goal on Thanksgiving and just kept cruising! Thank you for all you've done to encourage your classmates to give and for your personal generosity. We have one more day to go so please keep encouraging others to join you in supporting Hamlin. Can we hit 100 donors by the midnight tomorrow? I think we can!
