About

Four Steps Forward for Black America

The CAAFP is celebrating 15 years of bringing together Black financial professionals as a community. This year’s theme is Four Steps Forward - Investing in Our Community. We invite you to make a donation to The American College Four Steps Forward initiative - a bold effort to promote upward mobility and wealth building for Black America. Our goal is to close the racial wealth gap! The College’s Center for Economic Empowerment and Equality is leading this effort. Your investment in the Center’s Four Steps Forward will be directed to support financial education programs for Black women, recruiting and training for Black financial professionals, leadership programs for Black executives, and a collective impact initiative to support Black communities across the country.
