Rawls Dress for Success Scholarship

Before you say a word in an interview, you have already made an impression based on your attire. Even if you look great on paper, if you don’t dress appropriately, a recruiter may overlook your qualifications.

The Dress for Success Scholarship was formed after the Rawls College of Business Career Management Center noticed students struggling to afford professional attire. This need-based scholarship helps eliminate the financial barriers that often prevent students from looking and feeling their best as they prepare to enter the professional world.

About the Rawls Career Management Center

Cultivating student success since 2003, the Rawls Career Management Center empowers students by helping them Prep, Connect, GetHired and Succeed. We start with helping students PREP by providing career coaching, workshops and events to equip students for career success. Then we CONNECT our students with our employer partners to create networking and career opportunities. Throughout the recruitment process, we focus on helping students GET HIRED by coordinating career fairs and on-campus interviews and providing access to our online recruitment software, Handshake. Our ultimate goal is to help our students gain confidence and establish professional skills that will help them succeed.
