Javelina Express

The Javelina Express is Texas A&M University–Kingsville's student-led literary and arts magazine, produced with the support of the Provost's Office and the Department of Language and Literature. The publication provides students with a platform to share their voices, explore their creativity, and celebrate the unique culture and heritage of South Texas.

By publishing original poetry, fiction, nonfiction, photography, and visual art, The Javelina Express fosters creative expression, builds confidence, and offers students valuable experience in writing, editing, design, and publishing. The magazine serves as both a showcase of the extraordinary talent within the Javelina Nation and a lasting record of the stories, perspectives, and artistic traditions that define our community.
