For OVMA Advisory Board Chair Rich Jones '92, G'95, L'95, that support is personal. A former Army Ranger, Rich suffered a career-ending spinal injury during a training mission. Uncertain of his future, he looked out the window of the Syracuse VA Medical Center and made his way to campus on crutches. SU didn't just give him an education; it gave him his life back.

Now Rich is passionate about giving back. He's pledged $25,000 as a dollar-for-dollar match, because he believes every veteran deserves the chance to succeed after service.
