Stony Brook Environmental Club

The Environmental Club at Stony Brook University was founded in 2008. We strive to improve both the local and global environment through activism, education and appreciation. We raise awareness about environmental issues and sustainable living through on-campus and off-campus events, presentations and public outreach. We build community by volunteering and regularly collaborating with other nonprofit environmental activism and advocacy organizations.

Through our crowdfunding efforts, we aim to bring students to New York Climate Week in the future. We also would love to work on a project with Seatuck (a local environmental nonprofit) this academic year. Thank you for your support!
