Stony Brook Cheerleading

For decades, the Stony Brook University Cheerleading Team has been the heartbeat of Seawolf spirit — energizing crowds at football and basketball games while proudly representing our university on the national stage. We’ve competed at the Universal Cheerleaders Association’s College Nationals in Orlando, Florida, taking the mat against the best of the best.

Our mission is to elevate school spirit, foster a positive community at Stony Brook and showcase our talent at the most prestigious college cheerleading championship in the country.

Our current goal is to secure funding to send our entire team to the 2026 UCA Nationals. To get there, we need support to help cover travel, lodging and registration expenses. With your generosity, you’ll be helping our athletes pursue their lifelong dream!
