Athletic Performance directly powers athletics success by providing access to individualized coaching and training to reach their peak performance.

Sports Medicine provides crucial care for Oles by helping to prevent injuries, respond to emergencies, and provide long-term support so they can bounce back faster and stronger.

The St. Olaf Sports Medicine team is committed to providing the highest quality of healthcare through the education, prevention, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation, of injuries and medical conditions for NCAA Division III student-athletes.

The St. Olaf Athletic Performance team is committed to training and preparing students, based on what their sport needs, from a strength, power, mobility and agility standpoint. These standards are set as a group, working with the coaching staff.
