Hear from the Vice President of Community and Belonging, Eduardo Pazos Palma

Community and Belonging exists to make sure that all our students thrive and succeed while they are here. We do this through intentional programming, support, education, and building communities that center the joy and resilience we all bring to the Hill. Our work also includes changing and aligning our systems to ensure that we are seeing the change we want to see. We are working to enhance the St. Olaf experience that provides a holistic and healthy environment where all Oles can thrive. We are working to make sure that all Oles have agency and opportunity in their journey on the Hill and that they are empowered to be ethical and inclusive leaders wherever they go.
