About

Indoor Recap: The Oles were runners up at the MIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. We came so close; 8 points away from the team champion title. Big things are in the works for the Oles, making us hungry for the outdoor season. Seven women competed at final qualifying meets for the NCAA DIII Championships, the most we have had in recent years. A majority of these athletes were underclassmen, gaining great experiences to take them to the next level in future seasons. At the NCAA DIII Indoor Track and Field Championships, hosted at the Crossplex in Birmingham, AL senior Isabel Wyatt qualified in the 800m with a time of 2:12.61. Wyatt took 20th place at the national championships to finish off her season. 6 new school records were set this indoor season, 34 updates to the All-Time Top 10 List.

New Indoor School Records:

  • 60m | Ashlyn Jore, 8.02
  • 60m Hurdles | Claire Stein, 9.05
  • 200m | Izzi Jaeckle, 25.75
  • Pentathlon | Claire Stein, 3,426
  • Long Jump | Ashlyn Jore 5.63m (18-5.75)
  • 4x200m Relay | Stein, Jaeckle, Semple, Sappington, 1:43.42

  • Ashlyn Jore (LJ)

  • Lauren Walda (5K)

  • Isabel Wyatt (800)

Senior Ashlyn Jore was recognized by the conference earning the MIAC Elite 22 Award. This award is given to the student-athlete who achieved All-MIAC honors finishing among the top three in their event at the conference championships, and obtained the highest GPA. Ashlyn won the long jump at the MIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships and holds a 4.0!

The story continues to unfold this outdoor season as we host the MIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships May 8-9, 2026.

We wouldn’t be able to accomplish all these things without the support of our Ole community. We invite you to come alongside our student-athletes this week and make your gift today!
