Celebrating Founders Day: 1852

In 1852, the brothers who founded St. Mary’s built the University around the ideals of "academic excellence, service to the community, ethical commitment, and family spirit." These characteristics set forth the foundation to carry the Marianist charism forward. This remains true 169 years later.

To commemorate this year's Founders Day, we are asking 100 alumni and friends to help celebrate St. Mary's University with a recurring gift of any amount in honor of the 169th anniversary year. A monthly gift provides a convenient option for you to see the impact of your giving over a year. This recurring gift is your chance to support the programs and student scholarships that created the St. Mary’s legacy of academic excellence you are a part of as a proud graduate.

In a nod to our anniversary, a suggested $18.52 (or more) recurring donation will receive recognition as an 1852 Club member and be invited to club events throughout the year. The first 50 donors to setup a recurring gift will receive a St. Mary's tote bag as a special thank you.

Your monthly contribution of:

• $18.52 becomes a $225 annual gift
• $25 becomes a $300 annual gift
• $50 becomes a $600 annual gift
