St. Edwardβs Wild Basin Creative Research Center is an innovative field research station owned and operated by the university, just 10 miles from campus. The Center is located within the Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve, a co-owned and co-managed preserve jointly managed by St. Edwardβs and Travis County, which protects 227 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country native habitat.
